Click Start and answer questions about your health history, goals, current medications, and allergies. The intake takes a few minutes and is fully online. Your answers go directly to a licensed provider — this is the beginning of a real medical evaluation, not a marketing quiz.
A licensed provider reviews your case
An independently licensed provider reviews your complete medical history, current medications, and health conditions. If anything needs clarification, they follow up with you directly through secure messaging or a telehealth consult.
Prescription, if appropriate
The provider determines whether you are a candidate for treatment and prescribes at their discretion. This is a genuine clinical decision made under applicable telehealth laws — not an automated approval.
Not everyone is approved. Prescribing decisions are made solely by your independent provider.
Your medication ships
Once approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy. Your medication is prepared, third-party tested for potency and purity, and shipped directly to your door within 5-7 business days.
Ongoing care in your patient portal
Your care does not end at delivery. Through your secure patient portal you can message your provider, request dose adjustments, manage refills, and track shipments. Your provider monitors your progress and adjusts your titration as needed.
