It means a licensed provider reviews your health history before any prescription is written. It means education comes before persuasion — our pages explain how a protocol works, who it fits, and who it does not. And it means we would rather tell you a treatment is not right for you than sell it to you anyway.

How we operate

Clinical operations — the online intake, provider network, pharmacy fulfillment, and patient portal — run on a dedicated telehealth platform built for exactly this work: HIPAA-compliant systems, credentialed provider networks, and licensed pharmacy partners, maintained by people who do nothing else.
We consider that a strength, not a footnote. Your health information lives inside purpose-built clinical infrastructure rather than a marketing company's database, and Toned stays focused on what we do best — clear education, honest pricing, and access to physician-guided care.
From your first click, the path is simple: an online health intake, a licensed provider's review, a prescription if appropriate, medication shipped from a licensed pharmacy, and ongoing care through your patient portal.
